Coupling Coordination Measurement and Evaluation of Digital Economy and High-quality Development

Based on the data of 271 cities in China from 2013 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree model, Dagum Gini coefficient and Moran index were used to investigate the coupling relationship between digital economy and high-quality development.The results show that the degree of coupling coordination between digital economy and high-quality development is increasing year by year, and it belongs to moderate coupling coordination type.The coupling coordination degree is higher in South China, North China and East China, but lower in Central China and Southwest China.The degree of coupling coordination between urban digital economy and high-quality development decreases with the decrease of city level.The coupling coordination degree of digital economy and high-quality development in the Yangtze River Basin is higher than that in the Yellow River Basin, which belongs to the moderate coupling coordination type.The overall difference of coupling coordination degree between China's digital economy and high-quality development is decreasing year by year, and hypervariable density is the main source of regional differences in coupling coordination degree.The Gini coefficient of coupling coordination degree of seven regions and cities of different levels are basically the same as that of the whole country.The coupling coordination between cities has significant spatial effect, and the spatial effect has obvious regional heterogeneity.

The Deficiencies and Amendments of the Calculation Formulate of Entropy and Entropy Weight in the Theory of Entropy

This paper explains concisely the concept of " entropy" as well as its application in social science.It analyzes the deficiencies of the traditional calculation formulae of entropy and entropy weight in the theory of entropy,and proposes a feasible method of amendment.In addition,it provides a mathematical proof for the modification of the entropy value and the entropy weight calculation formula so that the theory of entropy gets effectively improved and developed.

Internal Control,Social Audit and Enterprise Total Factor Productivity:Collaborative Supervision or Mutual Substitution

Increasing the total factor productivity of enterprises is an important way to achieve high-quality economic development in China.A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2008 to 2017 are selected as research samples,and the influence of internal control is test on total factor productivity of enterprises and the mechanism of internal control and social audit affecting total factor productivity of enterprises.It is found that high quality of the internal control and social audit can effectively improve the total factor productivity of enterprises,internal control and social audit play a substitution effect,the above conclusions will not be affected by the nature of enterprise property rights.However,the promotion effect of internal control on the total factor productivity of enterprises is more significant in private enterprises.The existence of internal control defects is not conducive to the growth of total factor productivity of enterprises,and the greater the number of internal control defects,the more obvious the inhibitory effect.The promotion effect of internal control on total factor productivity of enterprises is more effective in enterprises audited by non-big-four accounting firms.

Total Factor Productivity Measurement and Forecast of Economic Growth in China

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly demand to improve of the total factor productivity,and make a grand blueprint for the future development.In order to describe the path of development accurately,this paper based on the production function to calculate the total factor productivity in China for the period of 1979 to 2017,and forecasts the economic growth of China in 2035 and 2050.The results show that the average total factor productivity of China during 1979 and 2017 is2.85%,the average contribution rate of total factor productivity to economic growth is 25.6%,and the average annual economic growth rate of China is between 3.7% to 5.0% during 2021 and 2050,and the average contribution rate of total factor productivity to economic growth will be increased to 55%to 66%.

Attributes, Identification and Valuation Methods of Data Assets

Digital economy is mainly driven by data elements.The proportion of digital economy in national economy is increasing gradually.For national economic accounting, the research of data assets accounting is of great significance.The concept definition of data assets, attribute analysis of data assets, identification and subdivision of data assets, and valuation methods of data assets are mainly tocnsed.The work includes: Firstly, the connotation of data assets is defined on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the meaning of assets and data, which is closely combined with relevant theoretical foundations of economics and management.It is made clear that data assets are electronic data resources which have the characteristics of economic resources and economic ownership, the life of which is more than one year, and the value and cost can be measured.On the basis, further explore the data attributes of data assets including storability, readability, sharing and non-loss.At the same time, in view of the dispute between productive and unproductive data assets, the productive attributes of data assets are analyzed and demonstrated from the aspects of economic theory and management practice, and it is emphasized that data assets need to have a clear purpose, and data assets are identified as productive assets; Secondly, it puts forward the view of data assets identification based on the formation process of data value chain.Only data that can be used for analysis or exchange after data collection has been used for more than one year can be classified as data assets.If the service life is less than one year, the source is divided into inventory when it is produced by itself.Data assets contain not only data in a database, but also data that is widely available in a form to be developed.Thirdly, by combing domestic and foreign references, it systematically summarizes the valuation methods of data assets, and provides specific reference for the specific implementation of cost evaluation method, market evaluation method, and willingness to pay method.As a brand new asset class in intellectual property products, data assets need to be evaluated according to specific circumstances.For data assets with large liquidity and various applicable scenarios, the idea of nonparametric statistics estimation such as statistical confidence interval estimation or statistical distribution can be used for data assets evaluation.In addition, for the data assets whose value can be evaluated by various methods, the comprehensive evaluation method of various methods can be used to evaluate their value, so as to improve the reliability of the value estimation of data assets.Digital assets are the core elements of digital economy.The accounting of data assets will have a profound impact on the accounting of national economic added value and assets stock at the regional or national level.Through the in-depth discussion of the above problems, the necessary theoretical support is provided for the further detailed and in-depth study of data assets accounting indicators, accounting methods and implementation of data assets accounting in the later period.

The introduction of sentiment analysis in the E-commerce online reviews can be a good judge on the sentiment and its tendency.An case analysis of the pecan's online review shows that the introduction of sentiment analysis in the pecan's online reviews help determine the emotional tendencies and establish the sentiment index,so we can establish a new way of evaluation,real-time monitor the emotional changes and know the emotional trend of the entire E-commerce industry.

Application of the Reliability Tests of the Structural Equation Model

Before analyzing the data of the scale it is necessary to consider the reliability of the data tested.Only when the reliability is acceptable can we say the data analysis is reliable.The domestic Management researches on the reliability test depend largely on the Cronbach's α coefficient.But a number of drawbacks exist on α coefficient such as the parallel item.With the development and pervasive use of the SEM,the uses of Composite Reliability and Individual Item Reliability to test the scale can get over the drawbacks that may occur in Cronbach's α coefficient and furthermore provide a convenience to modify the scale.

The Application of Multi-factor Quantization Model in Portfolio:The Comparative Research on LASSO and Elastic Net

Multi-factor model has been an important method to quantitative investment field.How to choose the effective factors and determine the weight of the factors,so as to build an effective portfolio,is the issues which the researchers focus on.Based on the analysis of scoring method and ordinary least squares method to determine the weight of factor,this paper introduces LASSO and Elastic Net method to carry out factor selection and determine factor weight,and makes use of CSI 300 index constituent back to the test.The results show that the Elastic Net method is more effective than the OLS and LASSO methods in screening out effective factors to construct an effective portfolio to help investors obtain higher excess returns.This model has important practical significance for quantitative investment strategy.

The Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of the High-tech Development Zone: Analysis Based on the Natural Breakpoint Method

National high-tech industry development zone plays important roles in promoting economic development,promoting the research and development of technology innovation,creating employment,cultivating talents,absorbing foreign capital,introducing technology,diffusing technology,clustering industrial,expanding exports,formatting entrepreneurship and innovating system et.al.The data envelopment analysis(DEA) is applied in the paper to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the 56 national high-tech development zones.It is concluded that technical efficiency(crste) was 0.768,pure technical efficiency(vrste) average of 0.838,scale efficiency(scale) average of 0.920 evaluation result of the 56 state-level high-tech industry development zone.The evaluation results are classified by using the natural breakpoint method in the paper;the classification results are analyzed by using the spatial distribution methods;the performances of the high-tech industrial development zones appear on the east high west low,it is in gradient distribution pattern.
