The only submitting method for Journal of Statistics and Information is online, and the submission system website is http://tjlt.cbpt.cnki.net. If you are trying to submit your manuscript to our journal, you need to register a new account. After registering, the author should log in and submit. Please note taht, multiple submissions for one manucript is forbidden. The submitted manuscript is reviewed by the editorial department and sent to relevant experts for review. Finally, the editorial board decides accept or not, and the review cycle is about 3-4 months. During the period, it cannot be submitted to another journal foe publication. The general requirement for submission is around 15000 to 20000 words. Generally, there are no more than three signed authors. The submission title should be concise, specific, and precise, summarizing the main idea of the article, not exceeding 20 words; Generally, do not use subtitles or interrogative sentences. The abstract should provide a detailed explanation of the research purpose, methodologies employed, data utilized, results, conclusions, policy recommendations, and innovations of the paper. The abstract should have independence and self inclusion, usually around 300-500 words; Keywords are proprietary nouns or phrases that reflect the core concepts of the paper, and should generally be selected from 5-8.
1. Regarding the issue of copyright transfer
Since the submitted manuscript is accepted and published by Journal of Statistics and information, its exclusive license and agency rights of the copyrigh will be granted to the editorial department of Journal of Statistics and Information. The editorial department shall have the following exclusive rights of this paper: compilation rights (partial or all of the article), printing rights and electronic reproduction rights, translation rights, network dissemination rights, exhibition rights, distribution rights, and permission to access literature retrieval systems or databases. Without written permission from the editorial department of Journal of Statistics and Information, no part of this paper may be compiled, reproduced, or published in any form by others. After publicating, the authors still have the rights to use your paper for exhibiting, compilating, and displaying on their own website.
2. Note before submitting
Firstly, literature plagiarism check. The editorial department of Journal of Statistics and Information uses the Academic Misconduct Document Detection System (AMLC) of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) to conduct plagiarism checks on manuscripts. Prior to initial review, acceptance, and official publication, the submitted papers are subjected to a plagiarism rate review, with a requirement that the text plagiarism rate does not exceed 10%. Articles found to have plagiarism, duplicate publications, or multiple submissions will be rejected.
Secondly, author registration. Please complete the "Author Information" section (name, gender, email address, phone number, professional title, education level, research direction, workplace, address, etc.) when registering in the submission system, so that we can understand your research background. If the author's information is incomplete or obviously incorrect, the submissions will also be rejected.
Thirdly, information discriptions. The first page of the manuscript should contain the informations related to the manuscript and authors, and the main text starts on page two.
Fourthly, the submission format. Please strictly follow the submission template and format requirements when you start submitting.
3. Items after the acceptance
Firstly, after the acceptance of the manuscript, the author may apply to the editorial department of this journal for priority online publication on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) network, and then wait for the scheduling and printing of the paper publication. Before the official publication and printing, without the written permission of the editorial department of Journal of Statistics and Information, the author shall not compile, reproduce, or publish any part of the submitted paper in any form.
Secondly, the submitting author must transfer the copyright of the paper (including the copyright of various media) to the editorial department, sign a copyright transfer agreement, and submit it at the time of submission and acceptance, otherwise it will affect the acceptance. The paper version and electronic version of the agreement, as well as the submission system, have the same legal effect as selecting "know and agree to this copyright transfer agreement".
Thirdly, submissions must comply with the publication ethics and inclusion statement of this journal. Any manuscripts that violates the standards for the use of maps and geographic data, as well as confidentiality review regulations will not be published by this journal; If the preliminary process has been completed, the layout fee will not be refunded.
Fourthly, the editorial department is responsible for the manuscript and has the right to make technical and textual modifications to the submitted manuscript.
Fifthly, this publication does not charge any article processing fees, and may charge page fees at its discretion after the article is accepted. Excellent articles that meet the regulations of this journal can have their page fees waived, which can be waived after confirmation by the editorial department.
Sixth, after the submission is published, this magazine will present the issue as a gift.
