1. All authors guarantee full copyright to this manuscrpit and agree to publish it in Journal of Statistics and Information. Once it is published in Journal of Statistics and Information, all authors agree to transfer all media copyrights (including but not limited to the title, main text, abstract, charts, graphics, dynamic images, data, and other independently extractable work elements) to the editorial department of Journal of Statistics and Information for free on a global scale, including but not limited to: publishing rights, copying rights, distribution rights, information network dissemination rights, assembly rights, adaptation rights, performance rights, digital layout design rights, broadcasting rights, translation rights, and the transfer and sub authorization of the above rights.
2. All authors promise that this paper is the original work and hasn’t been published before. All or part of the content (including translations in other languages) has never been published in any form in any other publication. They guarantee that this paper does not involve any copyright disputes, academic ethics issues such as multiple submissions, plagiarism, plagiarism, and leakage, and does not contain any content that violates laws and regulations or infringes on the rights and interests of others; Ensure that there are no military or scientific and technological leaks in the paper; Ensure that there are no objections to the authorship and ranking, affiliation and ranking of all authors, and that there are no intellectual property disputes. If any infringement or leakage occurs due to the above reasons, the author shall bear full responsibility.
The editorial department of Journal of Statistics and information has the right to reject or withdraw manuscripts in order to maintain scientific ethics and normal publishing order. The authors shall bear all responsibilities and be responsible for compensating the editorial department for any losses incurred; The right to issue real name notices and criticisms of the paper and related authors in the field of education and research, as well as in relevant media, and to notify relevant units to impose serious administrative penalties on the main authors.
3. The author of the paper takes full responsibility for the proofread content. The editorial department has the right to make textual modifications and deletions to the paper according to the publication needs of the journal. Any modifications to key content must be confirmed by authors.
4. Unless otherwise stated by the author, after obtaining the rights in Article 1 of this agreement, the editorial department has the right to authorize third parties to use the paper in any form (including various media or forms) in part or in whole, including but not limited to domestic and foreign databases or literature retrieval systems, without paying any fees to the author.
Journal of Statistics and Information has been added to databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP Information, Chaoxingyu Publishing, and Bokan. It has also been integrated with the Philosophy and Social Sciences preprint platform (website: https://zsyyb.cn）Collaborative construction. After the the manuscript is published, Journal of Statistics and information will pay all the remuneration (including copyright transfer fees) .
5. The agreement will be binding on all authors when the authors submit the manuscript and select "Know and Agree to this Copyright Transfer Agreement" in the submission system of Journal of Statistics and Information. If the paper is rejected ultimately, the agreement shall be invalid from the date of receiving the rejection notice. When authors receive the acceptance notice, it is requested to print and sign the copyright transfer agreement by all authors and return it to the editorial department within five working days. The paper version and electronic version of the agreement, as well as the submission system, have the same legal effect as selecting "know and agree to this copyright transfer agreement".
After the acceptance of the paper, during the proofreading and typesetting process, if the paper fails to meet the publication requirements due to reasons such as excessive duplication rate or repeated publication, the editorial department of Journal of Statistics and information will be refusal to publish without refunding the relevant fees, and this agreement will automatically become invalid.
6. The copyright transfer period for this paper shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall apply to all parts of the world. Any matters not covered in this agreement shall be governed by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, regulations, and administrative rules. The place of signing and performance of the agreement is Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China. If a dispute arisrs between the two parties during the performance, try to resolve it through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction in Xi'an.
